Dear Sir or Madame, we would like to inform you that by order of 31.12.2021, file reference no. KI.X NS-REG.KRS/013262/21/155, the District Court in Kielce, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register the transformation of the legal form of the company under the name of GOMAR Pińczów Limited Liability Company limited joint-stock partnership into a limited liability company under the name of GOMAR Limited Liability Company.
The transformation of the legal form took place in accordance with Article 551 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code.
