Demanding consumers look for food marked with the Quality Tradition mark, which is characterized by a unique taste and aroma. The mark is used to distinguish high-quality food products, classified as traditional products, using culinary heritage and traditional recipes maintaining the magic and memory of old flavours, and - most importantly - guarantees that the entire production process is subject to control. Thanks to this, proven, high-quality food is gaining more and more consumers.
The food quality system "Quality Tradition" has been in operation since June 12, 2007, when it was recognized by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. It was developed by the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Products and the Union of the Provinces of the Republic of Poland.
Gomar Pińczów products certified with the Quality Tradition mark include aronia nectar, plum jam, pickled cucumbers, pickled low-salt cucumbers and fresh tomato juice produced only during the tomato season.
